Red Onion Water-
Onions contain a water-soluble chemical compound called quercetin, which has been demonstrated in preliminary studies to reduce the amount of histamine in the body, therefore reducing symptoms of allergies as well.
Ingredients:
2 Red Onions
8 Cups filtered water
Organic, raw honey or maple syrup to taste
Method:
Thinly slice the onions and add it to the water. Allow the onions to infuse the water for 6-15 hours, before drinking stir in your sweetener, and drink twice daily. It will be good in the fridge for four days.
2-Raw Apple and Walnut trail mix

Apples contain quercetin like onions and work naturally to reduce the production of histamine.

1 Apple
Method:
Chop the Walnuts and cut the apple into small chunks. Place both into a bag and toss until mixed (this will not take long.)

Honey and lemon for taste
