There has been numerous amazing :got rid of cancer" or "cancer free"  after taking or consuming bitter almonds everyday. In natural history of man, nature provided many ways to heal and get rid of waste products but food industry blinded people and many physicians in past and some now ignite that fire towards food processing company like- eat meat everyday, protein can only be received from meat, eggs, animal origin , and food industry made animals a just eating material. The apricot pits contain a compound called glycosides which are a combination of sugar and cyanide called "Amygdalin" have been used successfully around the world for the reversal of many types of cancer. The Hunza tribes in the Himalayans are virtually cancer free, because of their daily consumption of apricot pits and millet, both of which contain amygdalin.

What takes place here is what we call selective toxicity. Cancer cells needs sugar to survive and grow. A specific enzyme that is produced in large quantities by cancer cells, triggers the sugar break down that releases the cyanide. The cyanide is what kills the cancer cells.

Healthycells not affected by the cyanide because of enzyme called rhodanese, which makes the cyanide harmless. How's that for another amazing healing miracle?
Amygdalin also inhibits angiogenesis, which is  the formation of new blood flow as the cancer cells to grow. Hampering blood flow to the tumor is makes cancer cells die.

Amygdalin also suppresses inflammatory responses which lead to multiple diseases, including cancer.

Specific studies have shown how amygdalin induces apoptosis or cell death in prostate cancer cells, human colon cancer cells and in leukemia cells.

Amygdalin even inhibits the growth of the Epstein-Barr virus, which often induces tumor growth. The anti-tumor promoting activity of amygdalin and other compounds was studied in both in vitro and in vivo assays.

While administered specifically for cancer treatment, a wonderful side effect is that amygdalin actually helps relieve the pain that is often associated with aggressive cancers.

Abstract:
Prostate cancer is one of the most common non-skin cancers in men. Amygdalin is one of the nitrilosides, natural cyanide-containing substances abundant in the seeds of plants of the prunasin family that have been used to treat cancers and relieve pain. In particular, D-amygdalin (D-mandelonitrile-beta-D-gentiobioside) is known to exhibit selective killing effect on cancer cells. Apoptosis, programmed cell death, is an important mechanism in cancer treatment. In the present study, we prepared the aqueous extract of the amygdalin from Armeniacae semen and investigated whether this extract induces apoptotic cell death in human DU145 and LNCaP prostate cancer cells. In the present results, DU145 and LNCaP cells treated with amygdalin exhibited several morphological characteristics of apoptosis. Treatment with amygdalin increased expression of Bax, a pro-apoptotic protein, decreased expression of Bcl-2, an anti-apoptotic protein, and increased caspase-3 enzyme activity in DU145 and LNCaP prostate cancer cells. Here, we have shown that amygdalin induces apoptotic cell death in human DU145 and LNCaP prostate cancer cells by caspase-3 activation through down-regulation of Bcl-2 and up-regulation of Bax. The present study reveals that amygdalin may offer a valuable option for the treatment of prostate cancers.
