The Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Kills Candida:

The Live Strong website suggests apple cider as a vinegar bath. They state if your eczema is more widespread, a vinegar bath can offer relief. Add 1⁄2 cup of apple cider vinegar to a warm bath water. But make sure the water is not too hot, as this can irritate and scald already delicate skin tissues. Adding approximately 1/3 cup of sunflower oil to the bath will treat the intensely dry skin patches eczema sufferers often endure.
Fabric softeners have harsh chemicals that can aggravate the skin, but white distilled vinegar is a natural fabric softener. Add 1⁄2 cup during the wash cycle, but never mix vinegar and bleach, as it produces toxic fumes.

Restores Body’s pH Balance:

The pH balance of the body is a measure of its acidity level. Our bodies are pH balanced at 7.1 to no higher than 7.7, and above 8.0 is too alkaline, and below 6.9 is acidic. When the body is too acidic it becomes inadequate at fighting disease, making us more vulnerable to illness. Drinking diluted apple cider vinegar two times daily can help restore the pH balance of the body. This allows the body to defend itself properly against illness. Though apple cider is acidic outside of the body, vinegar becomes alkaline in the digestive tract helping to prevent infections.

Reduces Cholesterol:

Cholesterol protects the brains function and the cells that carry oxygen throughout the body. It can build up in the blood stream due to genetics or poor diet, leading to heart disease, and other life-threatening conditions. In May of 2005 the Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science had determined after studies performed with apple cider vinegar, that two-three tablespoons per day will maximize the cholesterol lowering benefits.

Clears Acne:
