Sandwich chain Subway is working towards making its bread without using azodicarbonamide, a chemical that's used to make shoe soles and yoga mats. ABC News quotes a statement from Subway: "The complete conversion to have this product out of the bread will be done soon."In fact USA allows to add this chemical in all dough, flour and western Europe banned it.
